MY OPINION ONLY! If I'm a PATIENT a PAYING PATIENT, I call and ask to speak to the Dr or NP....I should be able to. By a return call at least. I shouldn't have to tell my problem/situation/question to the receptionist and they translate it to the Dr/NP and then the receptionist call and tell me what the Dr said NO! NO! NO! I did that with my medication refill and it wasn't called in correctly. Apparently, my chart WASN'T CHECKED for CLARIFICATION. They were very kind to me, knowing I was a little nervous. Treated me with the utmost respect and eased my mind. Very nice people and I'd recommend any of my family and friends. A+, thank you Dr Adams and staff.
ACWH is a wonderful place! Dr. Adams has the best bed side manner and always takes time to listen to your concerns. I've had several procedures at the Med Spa with very favorable results. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's an all around great place and I would highly recommend it to others!
Went to get my free microdermabrasion treatment today! Was the winner from the May drawing. I have never had one and my face is glowing! I want to thank Bryn for a great experience. Always a welcoming staff there. Great place!
