Do not use this realty company. My wife and I were new to area and needed help finding an apartment. This company found an apartment for us but was very rude in the process, flat out lied about getting the apartment cleaned (which costs us money), did not give keys to us (which they were required to do), have been extremely rude to us in renewing our lease and acted very inappropriately towards us in general. We have filed complaints with the better business bureau against them so take your business elsewhere.
I was new in town, and amazed by the number of Real Estate agencies around. I walked into a few places on Newbury St. that showed me some pretty sketchy apartments. I walked into Ascend Realty, and was shown some of the nicest apartments I had seen by Anna. She was very helpfully, and knew the area inside and out. I would highly recommend this company. I love the apartment I picked in the Back Bay.
