Where to start! Can’t begin to say enough great things about Kim and her team at Ascend. Kim has been and will continue to be a trustworthy partner and resource when I need to refer a patient to hospice support. I’ve found her company is most compassionate, fast turnaround and willing to go beyond what is expected in hospice care. Kim, we appreciate you and your team. Responsive, respectful and amazingly helpful in our time of need. All things Hospice and care related were explained and demonstrated to our family. No question was a silly one and care staff took time with us. Highly recommend!
Ascend went above and beyond with the quickly deteriorating condition my brother was in with end-stage liver disease. They went above and beyond and checked in very frequently, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. The Chaplain was wonderful and very comforting (and relatable!) to our family as well which was a part of the service they offered. Friendly, competent, highly skilled, and most importantly, compassionate up the very end. Highly recommend them.
I started at this company about 8 months ago. I loved this job at first. It seemed like a great place to work. About two months ago things got bad. When you walk into the office, you automatically feel a sense of toxicity. It’s like being in high school all over again. The corporate clinical manager talks to and about people however she wants. I have never experienced a more disorganized and judgemental bunch of idiots in my life. I thought sumply dying was bad enough. These fools raised the anxiety 10 fold
