My grandmother came home from the hospital with Ascend Hospice and I am beyond grateful for their care team. We never had any issues with staff callouts and my grandmother was visibly comfortable until her last day. Shout out to their liaison Nicole M! Seriously, she was so kind and patient with our family especially throughout all the questions we had for her. She kept us calm and provided us with loving support. 10/10
Nicole was so helpful when it came to learning more about hospice. I was impressed by the pet therapy and massage therapy offered to patients. Thankful for the compassion shown by Nicole.
My sister-in-law brought her father home from the hospital Friday morning with a meeting set for a Palliative company to come out Saturday morning to assess for services. We were truly blessed to have Ascend Hospice Lehigh Valley care for my mother in her final days.
