Very poor communication and manager has a very negative energy. The staff and the residents deserve better. Go elsewhere there are too many other nice places in mckinney and prosper.
it’s two bad that a few people left negative reviews. I can affirm as a proud resident that I and everyone I come in contact with has had a fantastic experience living her so far. We really appreciate the kind and welcoming staff, the quick response to the few issues that may come up, the beautifully designed apartments, and the wonderful amenities they offer! Great place to live!
Came by to check out your complex and received a very cold welcome from your representative. Very negative attitude and never offered a tour of your complex or anything to promote the amenities and facilities. Only wanted to discuss all the fees. Great way to discourage potential business. Not a positive impression of your complex. You WERE my first choice and was willing to be flexible, but if this is how I am treated before leasing, can't imagine how bad it might be after signing the lease agreement. Sorry, I am passing. Great community & staff! These apartments are classy and the gym is 1rst rate.
I fell in love with the updated gym during my tour! The units are nicely built, and they feel like home.
Never got to live in the apartments. We waited two weeks until we heard from them via email that we didnt get approved. After calling every few days too see if they heard anything and they always said let me check and I will get back to you. And I never heard from them. Then after we got the email we called and asked what else they would need from us to get a approval, and they said theres nothing. We even had a cosigner lined up.
