They called me threatening me a $25 fee because I had “trash out before the allotted time” and I look outside to see an empty trash can along with all my other neighbors! They constantly harass tenants, and are unable to provide parking.
The parking situation at this apartment complex is absolutely pathetic and there is only one trash dumpster in the entire community. Due to my work hours, I am usually unable to set my garbage can out between 6-8pm. I started to put my can out in the morning before going to work only to find an email saying I would be fined for putting my trash out in the morning. This place sucks and I hate it.
So a truck sits parked in a parking spot immediately in front of a building for four months without moving, full of pool cleaning equipment and with a flat tire and never gets towed but I park in a striped spot for a few hours because there is literally NOWHERE ELSE TO PARK and my car is gone and I’m now out $300 to get it back. Oh, after getting an uber to work and then to the tow company later. Fantastic. No. I do not recommend.
I currently Do Not recommend. After Ascend at WestRidge changed ownership and went to Bexley at WestRidge things have COMPLETELY gone downhill!! Even though the rental contract states that this is a NON SMOKING community (reason for why we chose it in the first place), the new company is refusing to enforce it. Cigarette butts are literally EVERYWHERE. I can pick out 6 apartments around us that are smokers. The place is turning into a trash dump. This place is awful!! We’ve been here over a year and maybe one of those months we haven’t experienced issues. Too many young, inconsiderate tenants that cant even follow basic rules but also have a complete lack of common curtesy for others. Add to that a management company that can’t or won’t help or enforce any rules. We’ve had many months of pest issues, water leaks, and hundreds of after-hours noise complaints with no resolve. I would encourage people to avoid this place!
Can u start controlling the kids in the gym ..... parents allow there kids to swing on machines and destroy the equipment ....there’s equipment starting to break as the staff doesn’t regulate the children in the gym...
If you enjoy walking to your apartment due to the lack of parking then this is the place for you. All the units aren't even open yet and they have parking problems already. No parking policy is enforced. EDIT: Almost a year since living here and it’s gotten worst. People are having to park in handicap spots just to have a place to park their car.
