I love the place because is new and has a modern feel and look. The amenities are great and the swimming pool is lovely.
I was recommended by a locater. applied was denied was never told why and was then told I would receive my refund within 30 days. I have not received refund, still dont know why I was denied, I have emailed every week and I get no response
If you drive and have a car to park, DO NOT RENT HERE! They don’t provide assigned spots for the residents that pay rent, the gate is open to the whole world and by the time I get home there aren’t any spots left. I parked in the only spot available that wasn’t the middle of the road and the complex had police give me a citation. Save yourself the headache unless you get to and from work on 11.
My husband and I moved in just over two months ago. I have nothing but great things to say about this complex. The two ladies I worked with at the front office have been and continue to be the sweetest girls ever. They are always very helpful. The facilities here are great as well, love the good size gym, awesome pool, and adorable dog park. Not to mention our unit itself is amazing. Everything is new and modern yet cozy at the same time. Neighbors are all so nice. You won't be disappointed if you make Ascend your home!
