There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Dr. Asbill and his office staff are great! They listen to every question or concern I may have, never postpone my appointment, and try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can usually get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Dr. Asbill is patient, thorough and quite personable, and his technicians always have a gentle touch.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time.
