First visit to Dr. Kevin Asbill today and WOW what a wonderful experience with everyone in this office! They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm, professional and make the whole experience that much better. Thrilled that Dr. Asbill was referred to me.... We've been going to Kevin and first with his father for decades. They have a digital x-ray system. They are outstanding at taking times with questions - even those not directly related to dentistry - like my most recent issue with a possible allergy to fresh tomatoes. Dr. Kevin told me that my instincts were probably on target, and also why. They have fit me in when I've had the occasional emergency. They file my insurance correctly - the FIRST time!!.All the staff is friendly and office is exceedingly respectful of each other and clients. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely continue the relationship. I have recommended friends who also are enthusiastic about their treatment. I don't remember EVER having to wait for my appointment, and I generally arrive a bit early with a stack of reading materials.

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They were easy to reach in an emergency. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential.

All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
