I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They were easy to reach in an emergency. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine

Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
