My recommendation to anyone needing moving assistance is to not use ASAP Relocations. The only time I felt comfortable with them was my initial dealings with representatives from ASAP, which is the main reason I chose to go with them. From then on out it was a nightmare. My moving experience with ASAP was the worst. I was quoted $270 and the final bill came close to $700! The movers were there for 5 hours (but charged me for six); tape was over $100 (I had no idea tape was something I was going to be charged for) and they used such an excessive amount it was crazy; and I didn't know about the 5% fee for using a credit card. As an ex-customer for this company I can honestly say that they are the best moving company I have ever used, and I have used a lot. The movers were just the greatest, polite, honest, and hard workers. They did a very good job for me and my move couldn't have gone any better. They showed up on time and worked until they finished the job...I had to almost make them take a break because it was a big move that they worked for six hours straight non-stop...without a break.....they are very professional and know what they are doi... read more
What a bad experience. Tried to move from the Berkeley hills to SF, told them that my street was pretty narrow and difficult to get to. They still showed up with a huge truck and were afraid to go down the hill with a loaded truck. The manager tried to blame me,telling me it was my responsibility to make sure the truck fits (what?) and if I want them to move me, they would need to rent a smaller truck, which I had to pay for - nice try lady....besides, they showed up almost an hour late. This company sucks!
ASAP Relocations moved me for the second time. I really liked their service and the rates. The movers were ecellent and they did a great job with packing. Both times that I moved with them they provided me with great customer service and got what I payed for. I do recommend this company to anyone who is planning on moving in the near future.
I have moved with ASAP Relocations once before and they really impressed me with their service. I was happy that they were tha cheapest company I found, their rates are unbeatable. The movers are really sopmething else. They work fast and efficiently. They packed my belongings professionally. They really did a good job packing, nothing got damaged and was moved without a scratch. I really recommend this company. They are also very friendly.

I moved with this company once before and they have great customer service and they communicated with me throughout the whole move. They called me a day before to let me know when they weregoing to pick my stuff up. I moved from CA to WA so my stuff was taken back to ASAP Relocations to be delivered later on the week to WA. They were in contact with me through the whole process until I received my property. They even called like 12 hours before delivering my property.
