ASAP has moved us three times. We had a few difficult pieces. personally insured these pieces would be placed where I wanted them. the movers I would trust my belongings to. They handles with utmost care. I did not receive one scratch on my furnishings or my walls and interiors. When I made last minute changes to packing etc.., The team adjusted quickly and professionally. movers is a high end professional moving company without high end prices.
My move went very well. I moved from Los Gatos to Mountain View and I had ASAP help me do it. The people at the office were a pleasant to work with, they were accomodating throughout the entire move. They were able to answer all of my question and re assure me of my concerns. When the crew arrived, they were on time and ready to work. Please do not use this company. My holidays were ruined because of the unscrupulous business dealings by this company. Wayne was excellent but Jasmine and Linda were disrespectful, yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me when I asked to speak with the owner. They have hidden charges...$2000.00 for packaging materials after we had packed everything, except the sofa and love seat and one other piece of furniture. The company I used was ABM Van Lines, but according to their MC and DOT numbers, they go by the name, "ASAP Relocations." This is a worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Movers be aware of these scam artists. They have no apparanet experience with moving and practically draged valuable furnitures on the ground all the way to their trcuk.
They beat all of the other moving companies that i've used in the past. They catered to my needs and made sure i was a priority and nothing else. They were able to give me a complete relocation package from start to finish. I am not complaining one bit. I've already scheduled another move with them and i cant wait how their going to impress me this time.
Growing up i never understood why my parents had such a problem whenever we'd move. Now that im older i have a great appreciation of what they went through. I cant believe how much of a headache it is moving, especially when you have no help from anyone. I moved from San Diego to San Jose for school and now that im transferring i have to go back. Four for fantastic! Moved me to Los Gatos from Santa Cruz in just the three hour estimate they quoted me. I had three guys move me and they were great! I cant believe one person can move 3 boxes at one time. Im pretty sure they were heavy too. They were putting blankets and plastic wrap on all my items which i found very professional. Three weeks ago I had a move done by ASAP Relocations and they were so great that i referred them to my friend who is already scheduled to move with them. The person i spoke with, i believe his name was Johnnie, was fabulous! He was so helpful throughout the entire move. Never did he get annoyed when i would call him every single day to make sure that my estimate hadnt change and that the guys will show up.
