I would like to thank everyone at ASAP Relocations that helped with my move. They took the pressure and stress of moving off of my back. They took the responsible of coordinating every step that needed to be taken in roder to complete the move. They are the best i have dealt so far in customer service. I cant thank them enough. I highly recommend ASAP Relocations to anyone who is moving. They will work with you wether its your schedule, preferrence or budget. When i called to schedule a move i made sure that they understood that i had a very tight budget. Not only was my budget tight my work schedule was different everyday so it made it even difficult for me to actually move. I was initialy disappointed with the late arrival of the movers. However, quality of service overrode my disappointment . Alex and the team were superb!!
Having moved several times in my life and always doing it myself, I was a bit skeptical when the gf suggested that we hire a company to do it. "But I'm manly, I can move things" I quickly responded, trying to prove my manliness. She would hear none of it. Super cool people to work with. They manage time efficiently and dont try to hustle people. They are definitely the best movers in my book. Alex is such a nice person. He explained everything to me on the day of my move. And the 2 guys with him..? Amazing!!! I will definitely be using their services again.
"I have to admit, they were nearly 2 hours late, which would cost any normal mover I'd rate on Yelp at least 2 stars. But ASAP more than made up for it by completely working very hard once they got there and moving all of my stuff over to my new condo in no time at all. My move went really well. I moved locally within San Jose. I just lost my house because the bad economy. I was forced to move into a two bedroom apartment. My previous home was a four bedroom two bath. So just imagine how many items I had. I literally needed two trucks to move me. I had to store some of my belongings in a storage facility, because I couldn't take everything with me. The move basically took all day, because I also needed packing done. From the first phone call the difference in level of service was obvious. The representative who helped me was very patient and kind, she asked all the right questions. She even gave me some advice not only on how to get ready for the day of the move so things will run smoother and quicker, but also on how to check and compare moving companies. Used this company for 4 times for the last 6 years to move myself and my family members. I always have been pleased with their professionalism. Everybody with whom I dealt with so far from this company is very nice and friendly. I don't expect movers to smile and to laugh during the move, it's a hard work to do such a job and they have to concentrate all the time to make sure the move goes smoothly.
