My son had surgery at AACH and I can't say enough good things about the facility, the staff and the surgeons! We have been to several hospitals ALL over Oregon, from Portland down to Ashland, and this hospital gave us one of the best experiences we have ever had at a hospital! I am so impressed! Amazing place!

This hospital is a wonderful example of what caring is all about, not just for the patient, but family as well. The comfort zones for family really make a difference for out of town visitors that don't know the area. Do not change a thing Asante, this is a real gem, with some of the warmest people you'll ever find.
Spent today in the ER with my 3 year old who shoved a bead up her nose. All of the staff were amazing and so patient and kind. Dr Gerry L. Nurse Michelle and one other I can't remember (in green scrubs). Anyway, the removal process was quite traumatizing for my daughter and myself and they were wonderful helping us through it. We're here on vacation and I'm just thankful we had the experience we did. Thank you so much!
My daughter is a student at SOU, and was having so much pain she had a friend take her to this hospital yesterday. She was there almost five hours and was never seen by a doctor. We are out of town so I waited up all night waiting for phone calls from her. I thought it was appendicitis or an ovarian cyst rupture, and she was scared. When her friend complained about the wait the nurses were rude and condescending. They finally left. I am outraged by this treatment.
