Please stop allowing student Nurses to perform duties unsupervised. Just because you might think their ready doesn't mean they are. My family member experienced IV infiltration and it could have been or still could be serious... that is B.S. Teaching people requires consistent supervision when dealing with people's lives.
I have had to go there twice in the ER for emergency problems. Everyone was so nice, and they took care of any requests I had for service promptly (blankets, etc). Doctors explained things thoroughly.
What an overall positive experience with every single Nurse, doc, technician I met during my surgery - you guys rock.
There is not one rude person that works in this hospital . All the Dr ,RN and CNA 's are amazing and kind and just to the patient but to the family also .
