Originally from Osaka, Japan, Chef Koji Ando studied and mastered "Kansai Kappou", a traditional Japanese Cuisine and sushi starting from a young age. In 1984, he moved to America to work for his friend's restaurant, one of the first Japanese restaurants introduced in Florida.
