Originally from Osaka, Japan, Chef Koji Ando studied and mastered "Kansai Kappou", a traditional Japanese Cuisine and sushi starting from a young age. In 1984, he moved to America to work for his friend's restaurant, one of the first Japanese restaurants introduced in Florida. It’s been almost 4 years going here and I’ve never not once been disappointed. The best Japanese food I’ve had so far! I found out today this location has been open for 20+ years and I can totally see why!
