Originally from Osaka, Japan, Chef Koji Ando studied and mastered "Kansai Kappou", a traditional Japanese Cuisine and sushi starting from a young age. In 1984, he moved to America to work for his friend's restaurant, one of the first Japanese restaurants introduced in Florida. Perfect presentation, quality, cuts, service! Wine list is bare but doable, nice hidden oyster.....
