Originally from Osaka, Japan, Chef Koji Ando studied and mastered "Kansai Kappou", a traditional Japanese Cuisine and sushi starting from a young age. In 1984, he moved to America to work for his friend's restaurant, one of the first Japanese restaurants introduced in Florida. You can't get better food anywhere in South Florida. Having moved a few years ago....Asaka is the ONLY thing I miss in Aventura.
