This place is unacceptable. The haircut was sloppy and rushed, the barber ignored my requests, and the shop looked unhygienic (dirty tools and hair left everywhere). I asked to fix it and was shrugged off. Paid full price for a terrible job — avoid this place unless you want to leave looking worse than when you came in. Lemuel still thinks is in Cuba he doesn’t know what customer service is . They don’t know what an appointment is .
