Eric has always treated me good with all of the vehicles that I have bought from him. Great sales team and shop foreman, they always get the job done.
If you are someone who likes to deal online this is the auto dealership for you. I am someone who needs to see the car with the price and I like to have contact via email. Overall my experience was great... I was looking online for some prices and cars for sale in the area online and gave my personal info. Within a few minutes a representative of Kemna Asa called me and I was literally on the way out the door to go look at vehicles and test drive some in the area. Very accomodating dealerhship. They drove 45+ minutes to show me the vehicle I was interested in. I test drove it, and we parted ways. After deciding it was the vehicle I wanted, we cut a deal e-mailing each other back and forth. They were nice enough to yet again drive 45+ minutes to get me my vehicle and to sign the papers. It saved me a lot of time and a lot of gas not having to drive all the way to Jackson to get the deal done. I really appreciate that. In general it was a pleasant experience. There are a couple things I feel I must mention. The change oil light keeps coming on when I start, there must be someway to shut it off. The exterior windows were not cleaned. The front of the car was vacuumed, but the back was not.
They make it convenient to do business with them. I work out of town and all I had to do was drop off my car in the morning and drive the Kemna vehicle to work, and then pick up my vehicle after work. I appreciate that they are accomodating and friendly. They know me by name. Jean Pike
Dave is excellant in the service dept. in Spirit Lake, IA and ussually knows the exact problem. I have been to him many times and been very satisfied with his knowledge and promptness in automobile repair.
We had our van in for a transmission overhaul. 6 months later the transmission started over heating and spewing fluid out the vent and dipstick. We took back in and they wouldn't work with us on price. They said the transmission cooler was clogged and quoted a $900 repair on top of the $2300 we just spent 6 months before. We took it to transmission expert and they diagnosed the correct problem and it wasn't the transmission cooler. Will not take vehicle to again.
