One of the best dealer from my side . Entire staff so nice and put no pressure on you . I went to just visit and check truck but there hospitality and knowledge . We purchased car on July 8-2025 Would not recommend this dealership. The device and will not keep their words on anything. We were supposed to get a price adjustment to finance company and still waiting after 3 weeks. After asking numerous times they says they had more important xxxx to do and that I was annoying them for asking why I was not done.
Lia CJDR dealership was great to work with. Frank was very nice and easy going. Good energy/ vibes. Noticed a mistake after all paperwork was signed and they made it right with no hassles. Will consider them again next time I'm in the market.

Needed a pickup Jason helped me out was pleasant and help full he didn't realize the truck I purchased had issues! I guess when it went through the shop for inspection they just didn't check it out ! If you buy a preowned watchout you may have just bought a money pit and if you know anything about mechanics keep your mouth shut you will be asked to leave my advice if you plan to buy from this dealership take the car or truck to a trusted mechanic for a once over thought those days were over but I bought a money pit today I w... read more
Our 2024 Grand Cherokee required unscheduled service due to an unexpected dead battery issue. It required contacting roadside assistance and ultimately needed towed to the dealership. With the professional assist from our service advisor, Jeff Phillips, our vehicle was promptly transported to Faulkner CDJRF. The issue was diagnosed in a timely manner and repaired in an acceptable period of time. We are grateful for the prompt and professional attention paid by the Faulkner team to our unexpected vehicle breakdown.
