Never again. First and last time dealing with this place. We purchased a vehicle from Kenma-Asa in Jackson, MN in late December. The salesman talked the truck up as being "mint", it was the previous owners "baby" and how outstanding the care the truck had received. Well, the sales person FORGOT to tell us the owner had parts of the vehicle painted due to rust spots right before trading it in. Kemna-Asa dealership in Jackson, MN has been very accommodating. I purchased my first vehicle in 2009 and they have been great in their servicing of the vehicle. In January, I came down for a service appointment and while waiting I visited with Brent Anderson in the sales department. I expressed interest in the Chev. Equinox. My car buying experience at Kemna-Asa in Jackson was the most friendly, personal, non-pressured, affordable, and enjoyable time car shopping. I knew I wanted to purchase an Equinox as my new vehicle, which helped getting "down to business" a bit easier. I just recently bought a (new to me) 2011 equinox from Kemna ASA in Jackson, MN. I was very satisfied with my service there. Not only did I find a vehicle within my price range but they also worked REALLY well with me to get my monthly payments down to a price that I could afford. Although we didn't agree right away, I told them that the price was the only thing holding me back from purchasing a vehicle that day, we found a price that worked for both of us.
