Like the salesman very well and bought quite afew vechiles from him over the years; satisfied with the service department also! They keep me informed as to what I need see that it is presented to me!!
I was having trouble with engine light, and we had to have the car looked at to have it corrected. They were very courteous,also gave us a car to drive while they solve the problem. Rob was very personable and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at purchasing, and was willing to admit when he didn't know the answer. He was very quick to find the answer for us. The entire staff at Kemna was very kind and patient with our family, including our 6 and 4 year old children.

I brought my vehicle into Kemna-Asa for a recall on my 2008 Dodge Caravan. They were very accommodating in getting me into the service department as quickly as possible, once the part was available.
We have bought 2 vans, 1 truck and a used Buick LaSabre (sp?) from the dealership and we have been very satisfied with the salespeople and service dept.
Service was completed on time and done with no problems or additional expense from that which was quoted to me. Am pleased with the service done.
Eric worked very hard to please me, and find the car I wanted. I would gladly refer my friends to Kemna Asa for a used or new car.
