He worked with me to get my car after hours I had to work but because the location is not near where I was, he worked with me to get my car after hours and waited until I got there despite it being much later than closing time. He also will text you if you prefer instead of calling as sometimes playing phone tag can be annoying and difficult but I was able to communicate via text message so we could be in communication about the car without having to interrupt work or play phone tag and delay the process of getting things fi... read more

BMW MASTER Alvin is the BEST BMW MASTER technician ever! He is very, very knowledge, trustworthy, and super friendly. I took my beloved 01 BMW 330ci in for repair, and drove out with a car that feels like it just came off the BMW assembly line from Germany. The car drives and handles like a dream. Alvin is the man! He is awesome! The shop is awesome! His staff is awesome! The price is awesome! Stop reading this review and go experience it yourself. I guarantee you will be super impressed like me.
Had an auto problem Had an auto problem. . They fixed it quick and easy (less than 2 hours). The price was right and should I get into car trouble again, I'll be back. But hopefully not!
