Great service! I can't say enough about the great service I received from Alvin. He totally explained what the problem was and what repairs he would be making. I left my car on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday! He's honest and he makes you feel like you are his only customer! He is the best of the best!
Very helpful I first spoke with Alvin on the telephone after calling numerous places I found online, and exhausting phone calls to Dealerships who quoted me unbelievably high rates for repairs I needed on my Mini's clutch. I called A's Garage, and spoke to Alvin. He simply alerted me to the possibilities my clutch might be facing and possible costs, options... Fast and inexpensive Fast and inexpensive. Have to go with five stars. Let's face it getting the car worked on is not much fun. All in all it was a great experience.
Positive experience All in all, I had an exceptionally positive experience. As of recent, my car is running and driving almost as good as new and it's all due to A's Garage.

Great "I went in fearing my A/C compressor on my 2007 mini was shot. Alvin and I spoke on the phone and he told me to bring it in to take a look at it. He greeted me with a handshake and a smile, looked under the hood and discovered it was simply a free-on recharge that was needed. I went to 2 shops before and they both claimed it was my A/C compressor that needed fixing. ($1,400 job) BUT, Alvin assessed the situation, found the problem and I was out of the garage in 20 minutes and spent $15."
BMW As a business owner myself I realize the value in customer service and value in the work being done. A's Garage far exceeded the BMW dealership in both customer service and the work being done! When you find a shop like A's Garage and a mechanic like Alvin Isidro who says, "Working on BMW is my passion," you can only hope for good fortune for them!
