Called Shane after 10 pm on a Sunday night and left message on his answering machine . He called me back within 3 minutes and was able to come out early the next day. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and diagnosed took care of our issue within a 1/2 hour. His prices were more than fair. Would highly recommend. 5 Star service.

I called Shane on a Sunday - during the eagles game because my sewer cleanout was trickling water and had purged some paper. He took the call, asked me a couple questions and talked me off the ledge that it wasn’t a dire emergency - saving me an emergency surcharge. Shane is great. Responded to my inquiry quickly, came out the next day, assessed the situation and fixed my drain clog within 15 minutes. He also snaked the outdoor drain pipe which is not any easy job. He did not make a mess and is really pleasant to be around. Very happy with his work and ethic.
