I recently placed a harsh review on this company. But when I got a phone call from the owner I managed to get answers and a satisfactory resolution to my issues. I do want to commend the owner he was very sincere and eager to resolve all issues. He apologized for not getting back to me sooner. He convinced me of his honesty and integrity that he stands behind. Thank you

Company charges for services then does not guarantee their employees work. Paid almost $900 for an after hours call. The employee the company sent misdiagnosed our issue and our ac was back out again days later. They then said they would return to fix it for a discounted rate. When we called to inquire when this would be (been without ac for days) we were told they would not come back out because the way their employees were talked to claiming we cursed at them.
