We have two TRANE units at our residence. ***** has surpassed all other **** services that we've experienced in responsiveness, customer ******************** knowledge. Extra kudos to ***** (office staff) and **** (field tech) for their professionalism, attention to details, and honesty. ************* are pricey but worth it, so we depend on ***** for advice & scheduled maintenance.
I requested a quote, guys came out now 3 weeks later still no quote. I had to pay upfront ***** for this and have still received nothing. I'm not into throwing money away. ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE TO WORK SO HARD FOR IT. Sent numerous emails with no replies. Would not recommend this company.
