I appreciate care and service Dr. Kapur has been providing me over the years. I need to rate his service at Providence/Henry Ford, however, for the bogus charge his office is making. I saw Dr. Kapur for an annual physical at Providence Hospital on 6/17/25 at 9 am for about 30 mins. We had a brief discussion on a symptom I had been experiencing during the physical. I’m not usually one to write negative reviews, but my experience with this doctor has been frustrating enough to warrant one. He is entirely by-the-book, more focused on his computer than the patient sitting in front of him, and rarely makes eye contact. It often feels like he’s not truly listening to what I’m saying to just get through all the questions which I can barely understand since he talks super fast through them.
