very comfortable and were wiling to explain everything that was being done. staff all very friendly and up to date technology
The staff was very sweet. My sister was going to watch my 8 month old, and 2 year old, while I had my appointment, but was unable to due to a wreck blocking a road. The staff members watched, and played with my daughters, while I was with Dr. Blackburn

The staff at Dental Arts of Plano continue to be amazing! I've had to get two root canals done in the past 6 weeks, and they have been so kind and caring through the entire process. Dr. Han and Melissa are personable, friendly, and always make sure I'm comfortable. It is never a fun experience to have those procedures so I really appreciate that they go above and beyond to at least make it a comfortable experience. I have never had such a great experience at a dental office ever. My anxiety was very high due to a horrible experience i had at Monarch Dental. I was truly blessed to have the actual owner of this dental practice to perform my services 07/15/14. The lady who assisted; which I can't remember her name at this time but was also great and took the time and personal attention with me. The service I received was excellent. The staff is professional and friendly, which makes for a very pleasant visit. Keep up the good job!
Staff is very pleasant, seem very skilled and it was as enjoyable as a trip to the dentist could be!
