I was in for a cleaning with Megan and check up with Dr Claire. I always have a pleasant experience at Artistic Touch! I didn’t have to wait at all to be called back for my appointment. The staff are always so gentle and understanding. Megan was wonderful and did a great job on my cleaning. With my tmj disorder I have horrible anxiety with going to the dentist and after being with Dr. Brazdo and her staff for a few years now they have helped me feel much better about going to the dentist and my dental health. Staff was efficient and friendly. They did a complete exam, took xrays, and came up with a treatment plan. I could not be more satisfied. I will recommend this practice to my wife We are new to the area and hope this relationship will last for quite a while.
I had not been to a dentist in quite some time so my level of anxiety was extremely high. From the minute I walked through the door the professional manner in which I was treated greatly helped alleviate the stress I was feeling. From the receptionist to the professional staff were personable and explained thoroughly my treatment procedure. Very pleased!
I am caregiver for the patient, my cousin (71 yrs old) who is mentally and physically challenged due to traumatic brain injury. Not only was Dr. Brazdo excellent in "inventing" very unique implant dentures for his special needs - "His Dentist Ladies" as he calls the staff, are extraordinarily patient and always make him both welcome and comfortable.
You always hear horror stories about dentist offices - wait time, rude staff. From the moment you walk into this office everyone is kind and gracious. The office is extremely clean and wait time is nonexistent. So glad to have found this office - Dr. Brazdo is amazing!
