Dr Glazer has given me excellent advice and treatment for plantar fasciitis. His assistant, Dr Kim, is also very, very good, and did an amazing job of administering a shot into my left heal. I hope to talk my wife into making an appointment to see Dr Glazer about her Achilles tendinitis soon.
I have no complaints about DR Glazer who is thorough but cannot say the same with his front office You cannot reach them .A voice mail tell you to leave a message which I did countless times .They have never bothered to call me back. I had a vein study done on March 19 ,2026 .Still despite many requests over the phone and directly to Dr Glazer who respond to e-mail (who should not have to do the work of the front office), I still do not have that vein study report . Sorry but this is NOT serious!
Please avoid this office. The billing department is incredibly incompetent and their messages are so excessive, it’s bordering on harassment. I’m on the verge of filing a complaint with the DMHC. It’s been almost a year since my son’s visit and I’m still trying to dispute a bill I never should have received. Prior to taking my son in for a post surgery check up, I called the office and asked them to confirm that this would be covered by my insurance and they said it would be. Dr. Hehe took care of me as fast as he could different location cause busy man....young good Dr. And knew exactly what to do...the team was Great.. always making sure it went smooth through the process...five star walked out feeling better and confident again!! Thanks team 😄😺
