This has been one of the best living situations I've ever been in. Kristen has been wonderful to work with and they are always prompt and professional with questions and communication. Update 8/6/24: I've been here 3 years now and Artisan Ames just keeps knocking it out of the park. Recently I had to amend something on my lease, but I didn't think I could get it done on my own. I have a great experience with maintenance team. Greg and Marquee [not sure if I heard the last name correct] were really helpful.
The people in the office were really nice and helped me fill out the lease and application.
I have lived at Southview (owned by Artasian) for about 2 years now and it has honestly been pretty great. They’re really helpful and pretty lenient about most things and the maintenance crew is always quick to fix whatever problems you have. The community is great and it’s right in the center of everything I may need.
I enjoy my South Meadow apartment living due to the combination of things. Very friendly and helpful staff, low-maintenance convenience, access to amenities, and a strategic location. It offers a simplified lifestyle, removing the burden of home repairs and landscaping, while providing financial flexibility, and a sense of community. Thanks to the Artisan staff and team.
