I don't recommend this place. They can evict a woman and her kid into subzero temps
They refused to rent to me and my wife because of stupid stuff when people deserve a second chance and I told them that we are quiet and don't mess with anyone but they care about making money it's messed up
Moved here into split level style 'townhome' start of last August, and was greeted with roaches (massive ones too) within a week of moving in. Management took their time getting pest control out (didn't really solve anything after all was said and done either), and only really gave me the option of subleasing out the unit as resolution. They barely helped me do that, too. No breach of contract for giving me an apartment with bugs and they passed it off to some poor soul after I handed in the keys and got out. This has been one of the best living situations I've ever been in. Kristen has been wonderful to work with and they are always prompt and professional with questions and communication. Update 8/6/24: I've been here 3 years now and Artisan Ames just keeps knocking it out of the park. Recently I had to amend something on my lease, but I didn't think I could get it done on my own.
