I’ve lived with Artisan Ames since 2020 and have really appreciated living here. They’re quick with maintenance, they host little events for tenants like tacos & root beer floats & cookouts, and they’re PET FRIENDLY. so many animals!!! I get to see at least 4 cats in windows with every walk. They do have a utilities charge twice a year since they cover our water usage.
So far I think the artisan apartment of Ames are good and I do like how everything is set up, and I do enjoy the nice walking distance plus this area is close by to stadium and to close park.
Easy way to pay bills online the building where I’m at the rocks need to be picked up from kids other than that it’s a good place to be at
I have live on the 3rd floor and was big and then we moved to the handicap in the 201 building love it. Thank you from the Stuck/Boynton Family
I’ve been here at Artisan Ames for over 3 years and I must say, it’s been an overall pleasant experience. The staff is always incredibly friendly and responsive through email. Maintenance is by far the fastest I’ve ever experienced. If you have any sort of issue they’re usually at your unit the next day if not sooner to help you out. Only main downsides are that if you’re a student commuting to campus, the bus ride can be up to 20 mins or more during peak hours.
