My dad was recently a resident at artis for a little over a year. I can do nothing but sing praises of the nursing and non medical staff. Everyone goes out of there way to help, talk to you and make you feel like family. The medical care was excellent and everyone had me at ease knowing he was safe and cared for. Memory issues are so challenging in your loved ones and artis is an example of how you can perform this with grace and dignity. They definitely are an example of exceptional care.

The staff at Artis are compassionate, highly qualified people who help seniors live their best lives after physical or cognitive setbacks have arisen.
This is a beautiful community completely dedicated to serving persons with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. In particular Mary Mattes and Betsy Szamboti are consummate professionals who are committed to making sure the person with dementia and his/her family are in the right place. Highly recommend.
We visited my aunt this weekend and I can't tell you how amazing the staff is there. They were so warm, caring, thoughtful and helpful. I love how they all felt like family and were so sweet to my aunt as they cared for her. I'm so thankful she's there and under their care.
It's an Amazing place to work, and a Wonderful place to live.
