Great Doctor and Great Staff
They are on time and very professional! Very thorough!
They are always courteous and professional.
Always listens and takes care of all my needs.
A 45 minute wait is unacceptable! Not only was the wait unacceptable but also the attitude and professionalism of the doctor. He seemed very annoyed and put out. Not only was the doctor rude but also his nurse. When the nurse was asked a question, she replied with yep, yep, yep. There was a prescription to be given and if I had not questioned the where abouts of this prescription we would not have received the prescription to be filled. There was no follow through. Terrible experience!!
He's a joke, he did the mohr surgery on my face, and screwed up my face!!!
This facility overbooks and mismanages patients to the point of extremely long waiting times. 4hours from start to finish may be the norm. When Dr. Truett was confronted about the unusually log wait times, he became extremely offended that we would question this, and became argumentative. We told him that we didn't want to argue and to finish his work so we could leave. He also threatened to go to the next patient because we complained.
