I've been to Chip twice now and gotten a total of 4 individual pieces done by him. Definitely the best artist i have ever met! Never going to another artist as long as Chip is tattooing! Everyone who works there is extremely nice and friendly, overall going to artifex has been the best tattoo expirience i've ever had.
