Chip is incredibly talented. He’s an Excellent tattoo artist who takes the time to make sure his clients are satisfied. He puts time in to the custom work you ask for and presents you with his finishing upon arrival. He’s willing to change, alter or completely redesign if you aren’t entirely satisfied with what he comes up with. Artifex is worth every penny. I highly Recommend Chip Beam and Artifex.
