Artifex is easily the best place to get a tattoo in the upstate area. The prices are very reasonable and the line work is flawless. Chip has done 7 of my 8 tattoos and they all came out better than expected. He is awesome at doing freehand work as well if you're into that. He also added an awesome very detailed half sleeve addition to one of my previous pieces for a very good price. His pieces also hold up very well and don't fade at all. Very high quality shop with fantastic staff, highly reccomended.
