Super disappointed. Booked an appointment two and a half months in advance for my husband’s birthday. Went in personally and was given a price point. Just called to confirm and ask a question for our appointment this week, and was told our appointment was cancelled two weeks ago because we didn’t pay the deposit that I was actually never told about.
