Very disappointing. He seemed more interested in selling me expensive add-ons to address a couple of my symptoms rather than help determine the cause. Noise sensitivity? Buy these expensive Bose headphones! Dizziness and headaches? Buy these newfangled prism glasses. Don't buy his snake oil.
My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed by Dr. Rosner. We were very pleased. She had a very easy recovery and Dr. Rosner's prescribed pain medication regimen controlled what pain she did have.
I am so grateful I was referred to Dr. Rosner! Not only did he fix my problem, he has great communication, so humble, very clear on what to expect, takes the time to answer all questions and concerns. And as a bonus, his staff is outstanding! They even take extra time to explain insurance billing in details and with accuracy - amazing! Thank you Dr. Rosner and staff, you have truly improved (and most likely prolonged) my quality of life!
I was a new patient today of Dr. Rosner after suffering for a month with vertigo, dizziness, nausea and off balance. I went to 2 others doctors of which 1 didn't even listen to my symptoms. Dr. Rosner listened to my symptoms, asked me a few questions then tilted my chair back and turned my head in various directions to move the crystals back into place. I left nearly symptom free after suffering. I am grateful and so happy. I highly recommend him and his kind and caring staff.
Everything was easy, thorough, and explained well. I was cautiously optimistic about having the balloon sinuplasty and the expected results. Three weeks later and everything is great; no post nasal drip, no filling 3-4 tissues each morning and night, I'm able to exercise and breath through my nose instead of my mouth, and I have more energy(go figure!). Dr Rosner and his staff were great to work with and I recommend them highly.
He cares about money, not the patient's health. In order to collect more money, he implemented unnecessary procedures. He and his staff lied about the test results of sleep test (from no data for analysis to normal). When I found out the facts, he became very mad and said, "We changed the treat direction to surgery."
Terrible customer service. We have Medicare & secondary coverage, but they refused to even set up an appointment! We have (4) four other doctors in same complex with never a billing issue. No concern about the care needed, just their desire for information. Our plan pays 100%, but not good enough for Dr. Rosner. Wouldn’t even let me leave a number for verification, and certainly not to call back. Extremely disappointing!
Dr.Rosner listens and cares about your concerns . I went to 2 other ENT before Dr. Rosner and they couldn’t help me . Dr . Rosner preformed sinus surgery on me and I went back to work 3 days later . No bruising no pain . He is an amazing Dr. Has friendly , helpful staff.
Excellent doctor who really gets down to the bottom of things to make sure his patients are fully aware of what to expect.
