Can never get a call answered and staff is useless! Tried to get medical records was a joke. One excuse after the other. And charging $1 per page! Dr okeefe is a nice man but office needs a new staff! You can call for days without a response. I’m so disappointed a doctor would allow this to go on !
Most people do not like to leave bad reviews. I am one of them but feel it may prevent future problems to someone else. Dr. O'Keefe, while being extremely personable, never ordered one test in the 2 years I have been going to him. A few appointments were cancelled, one only when I arrived at the office. No liaison when it comes to emergency questions. The list goes on, just think twice unless you are a really squeeky wheel.
No compassion
I have referred both family and friends to Dr. O'Keefe, without hesitation. The care that I personally received has been top drawer. All questions answered fully and guidance given accordingly. I could not be any happier with the medical care I continue to receive from Dr. O'Keefe.
Past his outstanding bedside manner...nothing but a great snow job!! If he gives you his cell phone number..it's part if his scamming ways. Run Fast! From him to his office...bad across the board! Would never trust this man with my heart.. He blames the nurses will point the finger everywhere but to him . Nurses at Riverview hospital also feel the same way....
Your right, I've been trying to get my prescriptions reordered for two weeks. It's gotten to the Urgent Stage where the pharmacy had to give me 3 pills to hold me over. I called them 3 times, and went there today. Still the same old message, were short handed, and doing our best!
I trust his opinion 100%. Takes the time to listen to you and makes sure you understand everything before working out the door.
I have been in the care if Dr O'Keefe for over 6 yrs. I trust his opinion 100%.
