After reading these reviews I was very worried about seeing Dr. Taylor...however, I had a workers comp issue and need a doctors opinion to undo my corrupt company doctors' notes. Having struck out elsewhere I was told he was the only doctor I could see immediately (obviously there was a reason). I asked for Dr. Yu or Song instead but they had a 3 month wait list. Dr. Taylor was great and took time to make sure I was not confused about what was going on. One of his nurses, Denise, was EXCELLENT. She helped out with everything I needed, from questions about the appointments to sending my work the Leave of Absence request. Overall great staff. Dr. Taylor was great, and so was Denise!
I saw Dr. Taylor on 5/23/14 and my experience was exceptional above and beyond the scope of customer service. Your employees greet me with a smile and asked questions and answered mine. All the staff were great including the greeters. Dr Taylor Magnificent Doctor. Your employees are making a difference!
It's impossible to get an appointment. Long waits on central appointment number. His staff appointment number is only answered by voice mail and say they will return call within 24 hours and they don't. If you are able to get an appointment, Dr Taylor will only spend the minimum time necessary before he disappears.
starting with the young lady who greets you when you get out of the elevator, who is so sweet and professional, the receptionists are nice and the staff for Dr. Taylor are also nice and professional. My special thanks to Dr. A Taylor. Thanks for the great job on my hand. Joyce G.
After waiting 45 mins, a diagnosis of my hand was from two feet away and Taylor went to leave the room. I told him I had another physician's diagnosis to share (had to change doctors due to goofy insurance rules) that difffered from his. Only after my insistance that an MRI be ordered did he make the order. When MRI results came in, Dr wanted to scheduled an in-office appointment to give me the results.
