Reputable and honest mechanics and A/C repairmen are difficult to find. I have dealt with many A/C companies on a professional and personal level. I work with businesses such as this on a daily basis, and I have never been treated in such a discourteous fashion. Dealing with Randy Arthur was a nightmare, and I am amazed that he actually is able to run a business with his demeanor. He is rude, abrasive, and unprofessional. Do NOT do business with these guys. They are disorganized and constantly break promises. After having to reschedule 3 times and charging me for a repair that was under warranty, after a month I'm having the exact same issue! I was promised a refund for the warranty repair but never got one. I have followed up with multiple phone calls to no result.Don't make the same mistake I did! Find someone else.
I contracted to have an a/c unit installed in a small multi tenant building. The owner collected 1/2 the money upfront. When the commercial job couldn't be completed. The owner of Arthur Air has refused to refund the money even after repeated email exchanges where he admits he owes me the money.
I called for serivice, they did not arrive on time came 2 hours late, Service man said he would call back. Never called back. double charged my credit card. I had to fight with visa to get my money back VERY BAD EXPERINCE. Not a trustworthy company
Arthur Air did preventive maintenance on my condo A/C. The technician was clean and friendly, and he made some good suggestions, like getting rid of an ugly humidistat control on my wall that was serving no purpose. He showed up on time. Their charges are fair. I would definitely use this company again.
