Called for repair on our LG Duct Free Mini-Split Unit Arthur Air Condioning installed during the latter half of 2007. A repairman named Dylan determined that our compressor (out of warranty, of course) needed to be replaced and told me that it would be as much to replace the compressor as to put in a new unit and quoted a new unit $1000 more than our original install, then came down $500 when I told him I would seek other bids within 10 minutes (first clue). This guy is nothing short of a CROOK !
This guy is the most unethical, immoral and unscrupulous contractor with whom I have ever encountered. Failed to honor an extended warranty agreement just thirteen months after my having spent $13K. Headed to court. Check out the F rating and him being discreditted. Unreal that the Trane Corporation would allow this individual to operate as an authorized dealer. Look around. There can't possibly be anyone worse than Arthur Air!

GREAT company! I called in the afternoon and they had someone there by 5pm. He had my air conditioner running again within the hour and fairly cheap...under $200
Reputable and honest mechanics and A/C repairmen are difficult to find. I have dealt with many A/C companies on a professional and personal level. I work with businesses such as this on a daily basis, and I have never been treated in such a discourteous fashion. Dealing with Randy Arthur was a nightmare, and I am amazed that he actually is able to run a business with his demeanor. He is rude, abrasive, and unprofessional.
