We’ve lived here for 4 1/2 years and have never had a problem thanks to Mr. Miguel our favorite Maintance guy. Unfortunately, he left and should’ve given that man a raise. When duty called he was always there to help. When our washer, dryer, garbage disposal, Air condition would break HE WOULD FIX EVERYTHING! QUICK!!!!! He was the only person my pets loved and was allowed inside without my dogs barking. He was a very stellar individual. Let’s see how things run now that he’s gone.

I enjoyed my stay at Artesian Apartments. I did experience some minor problems at the beginning due to new changes with staffing, but the manager took very good care of my needs according to the agreement. I did appreciate that! The activities were awesome! (Kudos to Morgan.) She is very creative and helpful; such a loving spirited-person. (Siboney) A very good accountant. I miss & loved my spacious apartment; the prices are great for the sq ft. I had a great experience.

I didn't even wanted put a start .The leasing people in this apt are so unprofessional and trash they just want to take the application fee. They don't explained thing correct way.
I’ve lived at Villas on Synott Road (Artesian on Westheimer) since inception almost 10 years ago; long before the units on Westheimer were built! I’ve enjoyed every minute living here and every management company that has acquired this complex throughout the years has been exceptionally nice and respectful to me! Being a homeowner as well, I enjoy the security of having attached garaged! The maintenance worker Moises Medrano, is always helpful and will come to assist when needed! He’s a keeper for sure!
