Car theft happening weekly!!!! Right before Thanksgiving 2020 management has closed all gates except for the main entrances. They said they were going to fix them but then changed their minds and sent out an email saying this is supposed to help keep non-residents from coming into our property, however, the two main entrance gates are constantly broken so they just leave the gates open 24-7. Management DOES NOT CARE. All they say is to file a police report. But what is Folgeman management to do about the theft that has been ... read more
I was happy with meeting Fatima she was helpful and very kind always but when it came time for me to move in Fatima was off for personal reasoning so the day I moved in I meet the rude one India the Caucasian girl I went into the office to get my keys 🔑 and went into the new place and several things were wrong and of course I went back and told her and she was like it was no big deal and to get over it That was nothing to say to me and she never apologized so qhen I came to sign off on my papers me and my husband she knew w... read more
Very decent apartment complex. A place you call a home any time. You get what you pay for. Just love it.
The workers at the office are very rude don’t know how to talk to tenants.. But are very nice when you new and want to get an apartment, but once you move in, they are very rude and nasty .... But other than that it’s a beautiful place to live , and very clean, but as long as the workers in the office don’t change their attitude I won’t recommend anyone to move here.. It’s really ridiculous how you can have be rude to tenants that pays there rent but when they come to the office to ask questions they always want to give atti... read more
