The building is GREAT! The location is GREAT! The units are GREAT! The rent is ridiculously low compared to what you are getting. Brand new everything , water, power, gas, cable , internet included. The tenants here are GREAT! Everything about this apartment building is GREAT and I wont be leaving for a long long time!
This building is amazing! Brand new, fully occupied (water, power, gas, trash cable, and internet!) most elegant place in the area and what's best about all this is, the rent is fairly cheap!!! I absolutely love this place...it's not far from the strip or downtown Las Vegas. It's safe. The people around the area are young and cool :). Rob (the manager) is also a great guy, does a great job managing the place and he's also very good looking, I must say. oh and lastly the building is pet friendly so let your "best friend" know... read more
