RecommendedMy son and I both live here and enjoy it. Manager was respectful but stern on collecting rent, which is annoying but he let me slide a few times without a late fee so that was nice. Overall I like it here. If anything changes I’ll update this review
I lived here for a year and I enjoyed it. Location is great. Management was great. I moved out and got $900 out of my $1,000 deposit back for not cleaning the unit and painting the wall red. $100 was fair. All around they were fair with me. I’d move here again and recommend it
I relocated to Las Vegas just before the start of 2019 and signed a one year lease on a unit at Art District Apartments at the end of December, 2018. My plan was to rent a relatively low cost place for my first year here until I settle down into something more permanent, such as buying a home. Worn out & Roach infested I lived here for what turned out to be the worst rental experience ever. Free wi-fi ? That's great but it seldom works. When I moved in Free cable was also on the lease but was stop shortly as it was being pirated by the landlord. Young professionals? Do Hookers count. Numerous street people had the gate code so one never knew who was going to be sleeping in the courtyard. Numerous package thefts. Antiquated air condition unable to cool in Vegas heat. We are very happy living here. The Owners, Property Manager, Maitenence Man. All who run and up keep the complex Fantastic Bunch! The Tenants in this complex are all great neighbours. We had lots of rentals to choose from but We are so happy We choose Arts District Apartments Las Vegas!! We love that they are Pet Friendly too!
