I put off a colonoscopy for many years so went into the experience with reservation. From the moment I walked in the front door to leaving was a fabulous experience. The staff that prepared me for the procedure were warm, welcoming and explained everything. Afterwards, Dr. Malik explained his findings, gave recommendations and even took the time to talk to my husband about his own issues. Dr Malik was friendly, courteous & professional. I appreciate a Dr who looks at you while talking and not just typing. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions & did not make me feel rushed. All Of Dr Malik’s staff were very pleasant, and I did not have to wait forever for an appointment or in the waiting room!

Dr. Malik was extremely attentive when I went in with complaints of upper right quadrant abdominal pain. I was also able to book my appointment only a few days out rather than the weeks other GI and my internal med doc was quoting me. His scheduled Karla was also very friendly, attentive, and relatable to my care for scheduling further procedures and diagnostics.
