Tracy Hatch came later in the evening and was ready to see what was going on. We had a clog in the kitchen drain that we needed help with. Tracy came in, listened to what occurred and diagnosed it quickly giving the cost at that time. After he completed the work Tracy explained everything to us, cleaned up and there were no hidden fees!!! While he was confirming no leaks/clogs we had an opportunity to talk with Tracy. If I could give a zero star I would. This is the typical unethical, fraudulent, nightmare of a plumbing company that I can’t believe still exists. After year and a half ago spending over $1200 on what was bid at $400 originally, My kitchen sink is now clogged again. I understand kitchen sinks get clogged so I called them again and schedule an appointment between eight and 10 this morning and they called me at 10 said sorry we can’t get anybody out there.
