Rescue Rooter initially diagnosed the problem as being a deteriorating concrete sewer line from the house to the street, including the installation of a clean out pipe. The work required the relocation of several large ornamental rocks and working around a large rhododendron. Over a two day period a several man crew brought in equipment to move the rocks and do the required digging. The sewer line was repaired, the clean out installed and the work area restored as if none of this work had been done. The city approved the wor... read more
Chad came promptly - same day as usual- and solved the problem, which turned out to be incredibly minor, efficiently. He took no pay for it. I’ll definitely call this firm again.
