Rescue Rooter initially diagnosed the problem as being a deteriorating concrete sewer line from the house to the street, including the installation of a clean out pipe. The work required the relocation of several large ornamental rocks and working around a large rhododendron. Over a two day period a several man crew brought in equipment to move the rocks and do the required digging. Chad came promptly - same day as usual- and solved the problem, which turned out to be incredibly minor, efficiently. He took no pay for it. I’ll definitely call this firm again.
