Stanley arrived on time with his ID and all the coronavirus protection gear. This was my 6 month check up. Stanley was professional and thorough and explained each step of the process. This the guy I hope come back for my next check up in May. Great job Stanley!

Hi highly recommend that all my friends in the real estate and construction communities stay away from Aspen Airconditioning. I have never witnessed such unprofessionals in my entire life, and have lived here for over 20 years and built multiple homes. Rescheduled nine times and technician failed to show with proper equipment when finally did show up.... ridiculous

Hot air was coming from our AC vents this past Sunday. Called Aspen at 9:30AM & was told they couldn't tell me when a tecnician would arrive since it's "first come, first serve" on Sunday. I called FIVE times throughout the day. Technician arrived at 8:00PM!!!!! He said our reversing valve was "stuck" so he freed it. Although I vowed NEVER to call Aspen for service again, I just noticed 20 minutes ago ( midnight) that hot air is AGAIN coming out!!!! Called the office and got answering service, said they will put us in for ea... read more

do not return your calls or back up their warranty.i have been trying to get them to repair the filter access slot bracket which is not installed correctly at installation.i am still waiting since second week of August.

This company took advantage of my elderly parents yesterday. Told them they had a contract and it was time for their check in. Since my parents use another company with letters in their name, they trusted and got confused when this company came and did nothing. No filter change, nothing - but a fee of $60. When my mother called to tell them, they offered no support, no explanation or customer service. Pretty much - too bad, so sad on my 86 year old mother. The gentleman who came to fix the ac was great . He fixed the ac in no time at all!! And we live in tx so it is hot!! Called on Sunday and they were booked. They came out first this morning. Thanks for fixing the ac
